Definition of Done

Your integration is complete when all five conditions below hold. Work through them before you ask for the integration test — each one is checked, and a listing in the GovTech Store is not possible until all five are met.

The technical guardrails are met

Your application meets the platform's operating requirements, or you hold exemptions that are agreed in writing with GovTech Platforms GmbH and documented. An undocumented deviation is not an exemption.

New instances can be created fully automatically

Creating a new application instance — or a new tenant, for multi-tenant applications — runs from end to end through the platform's unified Managed Services interface with no manual intervention, on one of the two standard deployment paths.

Registration is validated and the deployment is reliable

Your provider.yml registration has been validated, and the complete deployment sequence runs reliably and repeatably from end to end. A sequence that succeeded once is not yet reliable.

The delivery package is complete

Every artifact in the standard package has been submitted, including the immutable release tag or target branch for production.

The integration test is passed

The test report records a pass. If it does not, you remediate the listed defects and the test is repeated.
