The vendor documentation is now available in English. This covers the
platform concept, the service catalog, the operating requirements
including the K1–K6 practice guides, and the onboarding guides.

German terms of art are kept in German with an English explanation on
first use —
EVB-IT Dienstleistung
,
Rahmenausschreibung
,
Zuschlag
,

Einzelabruf
,
Pilotauftrag
,
KRITIS
,
Schutzklasse
. Vendors meet
exactly these words in their tender and contract documents, so
translating them away would make the documentation harder to use rather
than easier.

Impressum and Datenschutzerklärung remain in German: both are statutory
disclosures under German law.

The service catalog is generated from our internal service
single-source-of-truth, so its wording follows the source rather than
being written by hand.
