German terms of art are kept in German with an English explanation on first use — EVB-IT Dienstleistung, Rahmenausschreibung, Zuschlag, Einzelabruf, Pilotauftrag, KRITIS, Schutzklasse. Vendors meet exactly these words in their tender and contract documents, so translating them away would make the documentation harder to use rather than easier.

Impressum and Datenschutzerklärung remain in German: both are statutory disclosures under German law.
